being outside makes me feel attacked from every angle, staying at home makes me feel like im getting more and more detached from reality. People who enjoy socializing make me sick to my stomach and honestly, good. Its to the point where whenever i talk to people who are not my closest friends they find it hard to follow what im talking about, and on the one hand its kinda funny but on the other it makes it even harder to socialize even with people who i already know, so my opinions on stuff and the things i create are bound to forever live inside my computer. LMAO

keep your eyes busy with an imaginary visual game like magical circles or cuts or beams, change your center of attention around as in your whole being being focused on something,look over the heads of people its a lot less stressfull and you'll look busy and unapproachable when looking at them look at their eyebrows, forehead or nose (its virtually the same as eyes), dont smile keep everything short and lastly sit and wait with loong silences

my fav is the circles visual game rn, you can just imagine glowing circles everywhere and around everyone make them move, it calms me down and redirect my focus. Insulting poeple in my head also helps for some reason like "tf you looking at dumbass"

what im saying works because if u make your eyes work they wont wander,
if you make your focus work it wont wander
and if you make your thoughts work by saying something in your head your thoughts won't wander
the reason you feel attacked beacuse at your case your not consciously doing any of this making it a random shuffle of danger
